Hardly a day goes by where you dont learn something about VMware or one of the related products that you are using or supporting. In the heat of the moment, you probably scribble something down on your smartphone, post it note or index card. You mean to put it with the rest of your tidbits of knowledge but it doesn’t always make it there. This journal helps make that process a little easier. The beauty of this journal is that there are multiple ways that it can be used. What will work for one person may not work for someone else. You can start with one journal and keep things in chronological order or you can have one journal for each distinct product that you are using.
